The high school Louis Feuillade, in Lunel organized, for the fourth year, its Science Week. Researchers from very varied disciplines took turns in the high school amphitheatre to present to students an aspect of their discipline in accessible terms. In front of a hundred of students and few teachers, Marie Péquignot began by making them realize the importance of the vision and the eyes in our everyday life, in our myths, and in many cultures. Then, after few reminders on the eye structure and fonction, the conference purpose was to show how our eyes and brain work together to us see, and how the visual art uses methods and approximations of this collaboration to make us see and feel more than an image.
